All our side hinged garage doors are fitted with galvanised steel frames incorporating, as standard, a zinc plated and powder coat paint finished full height continuous hinge. Where the doors are to be fitted into a timber frame, then we supply galvanised steel butt hinges - these are also powder coated to the colour of the door.

The fixed door leaf is secured from the inside by a sprung action chain operated galvanised steel bolt at the top, and by a foot operated galvanised steel bolt at the bottom. Security to the access leaf is ensured by the use of a ctlinder nightlatch and 2 keys, complete with brace face and convenient finger pull. The closing edge of the access leaf includes a cloaking strip to cover the clearance between leaves.

Overhead door stays in black japanned finish are included to conveniently hold each leaf open at 90°
